We have begun production of LCSCENE podcast #1: robot on the town - it will feature live recordings of local shows, short short interviews with bands as well and whatever else think is interesting. We're assembling a little team of tapers - as it can be pretty demanding doing it all yourself. So yeah...there it is...we're jumping on the podcast bandwagon. hope you're all happy now. sheesh.

LCScene.com 2.0

Yessssirreee!!!
We've converted to a blog style interface for ease of publishing - spiff new categories, comments and all that jazz. The other big to-do is the reviews page. Please follow directions, sign in and review the last show you saw. We'd love to hear about it! We're still converting sections - but it's mostly done. Enjoy!

G'day brethren.

Check out the Two Gallants [saddle-creek records] as they slum it tonight at the bean! The song I listened to sounded a bit like a drunken billy joel doing the piano man. Not a bad thing, but I'm sure it's not all like that. Also tonight, Terry Riley is doing something at the rio grande theatre. That's that new place - but really - i think a better name would have been 'The rio grande zia roadrunner organ mountain mesilla de la buena vistas theatre. Don't you agree? In other news: The LCScene.com ad is in rotation on the KRUX 91.5FM radio station. Clap three times for the cooler weather!
